Folksy.com seems to gave a code error atm.
It has not been loading properly on iPhone since yesterday. It is fine on Mac.
It is fine within my account but if I were a shopper I would see this;
I’ve had this on my iPhone and iPad since yesterday too. I’ve cleared my caches which has made no difference. I seem to go through this periodically and then it seems to clear. I can work through it to do what I want in my shop but it might be a bit disconcerting for a customer. Maybe @dougfolksy could take a look if he’s around.
Mine is ancient too - I always buy refurbished ones so they’re always going to be older anyway
I’ve just cleared caches and cookies again on both my iPad and iPhone, switched them both off and reloaded the folksy page. It wouldn’t open the ‘menu’ list so I had to click on “start selling” and log in from there. But seems to be working ok now
Glad it worked, I sometimes get the non-functional menu too, the same fix works, in my experience.

I’ve had this on my iphone since the exhibition launched, tho8ght it was just mine, tablet is ok though. Mine is iphone 11 and nothing seems to be clearing it.
My iPhone is 7 and my iPad is 3. I think mine has been glitching since the exhibition opened now you mentioned it Debby. I did the standard cache clearing and switching off but it didn’t make any difference. I did it again this afternoon but did both phone and iPad together and that seemed to clear it - and it’s still ok.
Thanks Anne, my ipone is 11 not sure what my tablet is but that’s not apple it’s samsung and is ok, I will try clearing everything again on the phone. I will clear them both anyway, you never know it might work.
