Internet Overload

Not sure if the new ‘show your jubilee makes’ is the issue, but poor Folksy link seems to be working overload this morning. Off to have coffee and will try later.

Yesterday and today I have found it impossible to access my own shop due to the website being under heavy load. I am getting sick of this. If this is happening to me, it is undoubtedly also happening to potential customers. NOT WHAT WE PAY FOR, FOLKSY!

I had the same and am trying to process some sales…seems to be ok now…x

I can’t access my shop at all.

i’ve been trying to log in for the last hour, without success - then suddenly it worked. so, keep trying…
(i have emailed support to let them know there’s an issue) x

edit: oh ok, i’m logged in, but i can’t actually do anything - i just keep getting “application error” messages and nothing will load.

I have just checked my shop and it seems to be working as normal. Hopefully the problem you had is now fixed. x :crossed_fingers:

I had the issue about 20 mins ago but am in now. I wondered if part of the overload was maybe down to all the sellers paying their fees on top of the usual traffic.

I’ve had 3 sales in last 24 hours so don’t think the problem is too extreme.

Hello – sorry for the delayed response on this!
Yes, we had a couple of issues at the time with one of our services suffering slow response times that affected the performance of other services, too.
We brought the issue under control as quickly as we could and then, once things were performing properly again, we upped the resources to the initially struggling service so that it can better handle failovers and sudden spikes in demand. We’ve been monitoring since and it has been behaving in an exemplary fashion! :slight_smile:
Our apologies for anyone who saw the ‘heavy load’ messages and I’d just like to offer my genuine thanks to you all for your patience with us whilst we fixed it.
