Popping on here to have a quick whinge. Parcel is going to be late going out because sodding Royal Mailās label machine isnāt working. Theyāve just knocked on the door and told me to rebook it for tomorrow or take it to the post office myself, which I physically canāt, which I why I booked collection. Fuming

I was thinking about joining in to try and promote my shop but I have no idea how to do it, as Iām a tech dunce so I hardly ever join in any Folksy promotions as I struggle to do it! Where do I start?

Sorry, thread hogging today. Is there a way to message customers to let them know there has been a delay? Iām working on very little sleep and Iām absolutely furious right now.
Iām still within the 5 working days listed as long as it goes tomorrow, but Iāve now lost faith in Royal Mail. If their printer isnāt working tomorrow, Iāll upgrade the postage and get hubby to take it to the post office himself, but heās working 8am-6pm tomorrow.

If you go to your orders, under the customerās name and address there is the e-mail address they used when buying the item. Just send them a quick message and explain, Iām sure they wonāt be too concerned by 1 day, especially as itās beyond your control.

I hate the new red additions to our pages. Everything I make is a one off, but I also hate the pink and red message at the top too about discovering unique and original art!

Hi Gillian @mayberry - welcome to the daily listing thread. If you scroll up to the very first post on this thread, it will tell you all the rules to join in with the daily listing promotion.
Basically, you need to try and list or promote one new listing a day and then show us on this thread. We will then all love your item and then you need to go to our item in our shop that weāve shown on that day and love it too (by clicking the heart next to it in our actual shops - not just on this thread) Itās a good way of getting your item shown on the Folksy front page for a little while.

Iwona @iwonakozielglass - I still miss some posts by accident when they donāt automatically show up. If you have a tab open with this thread all day, you need to refresh each time you come back to it or you can miss posts. It looks like youāve got all the new posts in front of you but sometimes when you refresh, more pop up in between!

I have just emailed support with my thoughts on the new feature.
When I sell one of my items I sometimes have more materials and will make another one, so āonly 1 leftā or āonly 1 availableā feels deceptive.
Like others, I feel the banner is the wrong colour

Also, I am unable to be on chat all day due to other responsibilities. I thought Iāve liked every single work that appeared in the morning. But if posts appear later, Iāll pick them up whenever I can. Im happy to receive friendly feedback on how other people navigate the thread likes that ensures no one is missed?
