Glad your painting arrived safely, so stressful.
I had read that there was a glitch in the us customs system, loads of people had the same issue, being told their items had been seized by customs, but then things arrived a few days late. I don’t think you need to change anything.
Morning everyone,
Happy July 1st. Here is my listing today, a little jumper. Let’s hope for a bumper month of sales.
Morning. I’ve to here. Today I have another new trinket dish.
Very well done on your sale Deborah @DeborahJonesJewellery Yippee! Your sale is now added to the tally
Thanks Deborah and Sarah @dotterypottery for the support re postage. I’m determined not to let a ‘blip’ put me off selling overseas. I was gobsmacked as they guy has left me a wonderful review…nearly had me greetin’
Hello from sweltering Norfolk! We’re still on our little break and not back until the weekend but sat waiting for Hollie to get out of the bathroom - she’s been in there over an hour doing whatever 16 year old girls do for an hour in the bathroom so thought I’d say hello for 1st of July.
I missed the second half of June but hopefully will manage the rest of July when back home.
Oh, Hollie has appeared! Now off to have a wander round Felbrigg Hall. We’ve not been there since Hollie was 4! Will be lovely to visit again.
Enjoy your day everyone.
Louise x
I am very pleased, my beach huts have been added to folksy Favourites, it’s the first of my houses to be added to any guide
Thats fantastic!! Hope it helps with some sales for you
Hello everyone, I’m going to try my best to add as many new things to my shop as possible this month to join in with the challenge, hoping it boosts my motivation a bit! Here’s a new item added to my custom photo collection.
Hi all. I have decided to bob back out of the thread for July - I just have too much on. I hope July is a good month for everyone. I’ll join in another month when time allows. Many thanks Sharon @theoldbuttonsupplies for the work/hosting last month.
Afternoon Everyone,
Thank you, Susan @SusanBettyArt for taking over this month and thank you for June, Sharon @TheOldButton I know I was only here for half the month and I had a lot going on, so after a few days away, I looked at the thread, panicked and decided to rejoin in July So, here I am with my relists…
The visit to the house was brilliant a couple of weeks ago and we had so much fun with my friend and the Werewolf’s sister.
I went up to London with my daughter on Friday to meet my brother and his ex-girlfriend who is still a really close friend (it’s as if they’ve never broken up) I found my dress for the wedding which made my daughter so happy because it’s exactly what she had in mind for me and we have looked at so many dresses, our heads were ready to explode We had dinner with Lil’ Bro’ then off to the KitKat Club to see Cabaret. Had a fantastic time.
It’s been so hot this past two days, our dog trainer has been able to rearrange our lessons a couple of hours earlier than normal and doing gentle sessions. The Werewolf is absolutely wiped out now.
I hope you keep cool today, everyone. Big Hugs
Today’s relist is perfect for someone who loves their garden or allotment
What are people’s thoughts - I had these listed last year and was going to do a hat to go with them this year. Do you prefer the cream and brown or should I remake in white and brown.
I have noticed most people do white and brown for Christmas Pudding - which doesn’t mean I need to follow but was curious what others thought.
I would go with cream - they’re meant to look like Christmas puddings so the topping should look like brandy butter or custard (whatever your preference ) so cream would be better than white.
Susan @SusanBettyArt …that must have been stressful and is one of the reasons that apart from one lady in the US who buys my angel paintings ( and they are just on watercolour paper, so go as a letter) I refuse to post outside the UK…
They make it so difficult for us these days don’t they !!
Stephanie @ceciliamary your listing says cardigan but it is a jumper…Up to you, but I would change it…the purists would not be happy ( and you might miss a sale if someone did a search for a jumper when the wording says cardigan ) very pretty though..xx
Jennie @TwistedbytheSea love the bootees as shown in the picture x
Those of you who are hot…come to South Wales, we have cloud cover and although warm, it is very pleasant x
Yes please Brenda @teabreaks cloudy and warm sounds lovely, it’s 33 here and still set to get hotter by 5pm.
Shame it’s so far or I would be there for cakes !
I love the cream and brown combo, it looks exactly like Christmas pudding should.
Think white wouldn’t look as soft a colour as the cream.
Christmas on the hottest day of the year seems mad but I am here 33 degrees, fan on, full planning my Christmas makes too !
Alison @FluffStuffCrafts and Brenda @teabreaks thank you I prefer the cream, reminds me of all the brandy sauce
It’s very windy and cooler here, we are a few miles up the coast from Skegness. Still warm but just nice
@underneaththeeaves thank you it’s the last item to make - it just rakes so ling sorting all the pictures
So true Brenda @teabreaks . When very wealthy folks can go into space for ‘fun’ but we struggle to send a small parcel overseas….it’s all a bit back to front Shipping baffles me….so many different rules!
