Thanks, Sue @BeadstormJewellery and Roz, @Rozcraftz. I can’t email the pics over as I don’t have any data in my package, my once fancy smart phone (now miles out of date) is just a phone. I have the instructions scribbled down on a tiny scrap of paper and tomorrow I’m going to make a real effort to find it.
My shift felt longer than it was tonight and I’m working tomorrow night and first thing Sunday morning, so when my rest days come on Monday and Tuesday, I feel like I’ll just be sleeping…or reading.
I’ll try and pop in tomorrow. I might not be saying much, but I am keeping up with the loving and pinning.

@Louisa15 Margaret as long as you are keeping well and happy that’s what matters, it shows the medication is working, I don’t like pills either but sometimes it’s a needs must situation, it’s great to hear that the counsellor helped to.
Roz @Rozcraftz hope your daughter had a fab time, I think you could be right, My main crafting started when i was 40 as a form of therapy (to keep my fingers and hands mobile) and my brain with it lol,
It’s strange with panic attacks I’ve only had a few and no idea what triggers mine, when i have one i darn’t move at all not even blinking and i have to try to breathe without moving my chest, cos if i move i’m going to die, well that’s what’s in my head at the time lol, yet my dad he has to go outside, cant have nothing near or around him, strange old world eh!

Encausticbord is a specialist support made in the US and not currently readily available in the UK so these pieces are very unique …
