Hope you’re all having a fab Saturday. It’s rainy here but that’s a welcome relief after reaching near 30 degrees yesterday!
Hubs is working overtime this morning. It’s only 6am - 12pm so he finishes soon and they’re paying double time
I received the yarn this morning to make the mittens for the knitwear company but they have only sent enough for 10 pairs and not 20 as they had requested so I’ve emailed them but guess I won’t get a reply till Monday. Also they want me to do one as a test knit and send it off for approval. I did this last time which is fair enough but as I’ve already made 10 pairs using the same pattern and yarn I thought that I wouldn’t have to have my first one approved again so I have queried that also.
I have just added all Woolcraft 1st choice yarn to my sale section as I won’t be restocking this brand.
Morning everyone. I didn’t make it back on here yesterday - I fell asleep. The hay fever is taking its toll - meh!

Thank you everyone for the well wishes on the op. I spent the evening catching up with pinning and loving as much as I could and have gotten everything so far today. Drooling over everything listed as usual.

Had a busy morning doing holiday cottage turn around, the last folk had a hairy black dog - so everything needed an extra going over. This afternoon the local brewery is having an open day with live music, so OH is trying to twist my arm to drive him up there
Had 5 E…y orders this week so would rather slope off to my shed and sort them out.
Just spent a pleasant half hour catching up with your news and pinning tweeting and loving. Well done on the sales. Just brought this Geisha Girl Quilt up from the back of my shop - it was well received when I had it on display at the event in our Village last week but has yet to find a new home. Now have to do a couple of commissioned Cards but will be back later - Maureen
@Glehcar I found an excerpt of Lady Cottington’s Pressed Fairy Book, and all I can say it Wow! That was not what I was expecting at all, but nonetheless quite delightful.
Tried to post a few things on FB today but it wasn’t playing!! Don’t know what’s going on there, I’m not very FB savvy, never really sure if I’m doing right or wrong…lol
