I have trouble with oils if I use turps or solvents, but I’m OK if I stick to paint and liquin, linseed oil or safflower oil for thinning, and clean up with cooking oils. I suspect if you’re affected by acrylics then even this won’t help you though.

That must take great concentration beezy, nice work!
Thanks for repling Stephanie, I’ve never heard of cleaning up with cooking oil, I clean with odorless thinners by Bob Ross but the thing is even though its oderless to our nose it isn’t, I have autoimmune problems, I have hashimotos disease so I have to be careful.I will certainly use cooking oil to clean up, give it a go, also used linseed oil for thinning. I’m just waiting for some decent weather to sit out, its been so windy or its rained of late
All the best

Remember the fat over lean rule and you’ll be ok. Also note that linseed can make light colours go yellow over time, which is why I also use safflower. Safflower dries slower than linseed (I think it’s that way round) so you can put layers of paint thinned with safflower over paint thinned with linseed. I love oil painting but it’s such a faff that I hardly ever do it.
I use rapeseed oil to clean most of the oil from my brushes, and then fairy liquid and water to finish up. Works a treat!
@suebeacham Sue this article explains about drying oils for thinning your paint:
