Lots of enthusiasm for a new month here 
@paperchainsandbeads and @leathermeister I recently traded my 20 year old jones machine for 2 60+ year old very solid machines, I don’t know the names and they’re with a friend for repair, but she said they were good. The old ones are so much better than the newer lightweight machines I think. I’d love to have space to have them out all the time too - they hardly get any use as it’s such a faff to set up.
@ShropshireNaturalProducts I have a Silver overlocker. It wasn’t expensive and I love it, never had any trouble with it.
@hobbitgirlie1880 that’s a very pretty bracelet.

If it doesn’t stop raining soon I will disappear into my lawn never to be seen again. Every time I plan to mow the grass it pours with rain and makes it grow even faster!
Still busy painting my daughters room. I think by the time I’ve put on enough layers of paint to cover the pink glow the room will be considerably smaller!
On the plus side I am hopefully getting my laptop back tonight or tomorrow so life on the Internet will be easier.

Hi Roz @Rozcraftz Covering walls that have been painted red or pink is a real pain. Don’t know if you’ve heard of it, but there’s an old artists trick that makes it easier. In the case of your pink, If you give it a coat of green first it kills the pink/red and your chosen white or other neutral will go on top without needing masses of layers. The reason this works is that green is opposite to red on the colour wheel (complementary colours)
