Aggghhh - got steam coming out of my ears. Tried three times now to list a new item. Got through the whole thing, text, keywords, colours, uploading photos etc but when you come to preview, it goes to a blank screen. Just wasted about 20 minutes trying to get this to ‘take’. I can see via previous threads in the panel at the side here, that this seems to be a repeating issue (although the threads seem to be dated '14 and '20.) Unfortunately it’s not saving these attempts in the drafts folder, so I can’t just come back later and finish off or try again. You have to go through the whole rigmarole from start to finish. HELP FOLKSY!!!
Copy an existing listing, change the title and first photo then try going to preview. If that doesnt work email urgent@folksy.com
Yeah, that’s what I always do. Seems to have resolved itself how though so phew - got my listing up eventually
