When I type in search hand cream anything and everything comes up apart from what I am looking for.
You are encountering the glitch in the search algorithm whereby it uses OR logic rather than AND logic so it has returned results with either hand OR cream rather than hand AND cream. If you use the filters on the left hand side after running the search you can whittle down the results (homeware/ bath & beauty/ skin care) to more relevant results.
I use a body butter from The Herbal Soapmaker on my hands (The Herbal Soapmaker on Folksy) , she also does hand salves if you want something a bit richer.
