Hi
I make Horse/pet hair jewellery and use sterling silver findings. I currently have to purchase quite a lot of my silver findings, ends caps etc from another site and usually not in the UK as I find these items are very limited in the UK. I would much prefer to make my own but unfortunately I do not have this skill. I would be interested to know if there are any silversmiths in UK that would be interested in making me some custom pieces to incorporate into my jewellery. I am not a big business and do not sell huge amounts at the moment but I am gradually building this. Cost of the items does have to be taken into account but I would love to purchase from a UK based silversmith.

Hi @Forevertails, I’m fairly new to silversmithing but do make my own bead caps and bespoke components to work with as well as most of my findings. If you pop across to my shop and have a look would be happy to work with a fellow Folkster.

Your work is really beautiful. I use cord end caps with rings and lobster clasps for my bracelets. Blank silver pendant mounts that I add resin to. I would really like other items such as tie pins etc that I cannot get hold of.
Are these the sort of things you can make?
