I am sorry I opened my shop a few days ago. I am very new so I dont know if there;s any discussion groups for new sellers. My question at the moment is how to make those photos have a template like I see most sellers have? Is there a video or tutorial?

Hi good luck with your shop I hope it goes well. Iām not sure about a template but you can upload 5 photographs and up to 10 if you have Folksy Plus account. Square photos are best and as well lit as you can manage. When you joined you will have received info from Folksy via email āsellers handbookā regarding selling tips and photo info will be mentioned there. Also info on your Dashboard too hope this helps all the best

Hi - itās always nice to welcome new sellers. thereās plenty of advice online and in the sellers handbook on photographing for listings so it is worth investigating these resources and practicing your photography. Photos need to be well lit and sharp, and try to give your āproductā an appealing look - several photos from different angles and distances help customers see exactly what they are buying. Always taking your photos against a similar coloured background gives a uniform and more professional look to your shop page. Good luck
