That is a sad annoucement for me as I am on a sugar and carb much reduced diet (of my own design). The skirt I had bought to wear for me Theo Paphitiis presentation at the SBS Event last Friday was a wee bit tight round the top so I have been slowy reducing myself. I Am pleased to report that it did fit absolutely fine on the day but as I am going to Cyprus in 5 weeks and 6 days (yes I am counting) I am continiing and CAKE is OUT

No diet = not able to wear my favourite shorts on holiday. I have a supply of grapes and chocolate drops for emergencies. But only allowed one at a time

Lovely photo of you and the skirt Joy, as for dieting, I talk about cutting down on sweets and chocolates and say from tomorrow no more cake (every day lol 
) but then continue to eat them. I blame the family for buying me shed loads of toffee and chocs for Christmas. I have no willpower whatsoever lol

I got through the whole month of January with the excuse of eating up Xmas stuff… found a lovely pack of nougats in the cupboard yesterday… I WILL resist…

Well I have managed not to spend anything on my art. I have been using my items previously purchased. It cleaned up my excess items, just a bit.

Well done! I’m quite low on some of my art supplies, apart from paper, I have lots of watercolour paper 
I’ve been really low on large sheets of tissue paper, holding out until February was over. Thought I’d better order some today and happily TopCashback are doing a £2 bonus, so waiting did me a favour in the end!
