I got up really early this morning to list all of my new Autumn stock - I’ve already told all of my customers that it will be in my shop today - and I find the system is broken and I can’t list or edit anything. Help!
You need to drop an email to urgent@folksy.com so Doug can look into it - you need to let him know any error codes/ messages you see.
In the mean time have you tried the app? (I’ve not tried it for listing so don’t know what its like/ if its suffering the same issues) Alternatively (and its a bit of a palaver but would allow you to get stuff listed whilst you wait for Doug to work his magic) I found just now when I tried to load my listings page I got an error but when I hit the reload page, it loads fine. Clicked on a listing to edit, got error message, clicked reload, loaded fine. I was able to edit a listing doing this. Like I said bit of a faff but does work.
I’m having problems too. Can’t relist anything, so I’m not going to attempt to list the one sat in my drafts. Tagging @dougfolksy @Folksyadmin. These glitches are happening a lot.
I’ve tried all kinds of things Sasha and just occasionally one goes through but mostly I just get the error message. I’ve been up since 6 trying to get things to list. I’ll send Doug an email. Thanks so much for your help.
When I tried to print an order off, it came up with a 404 message. But if you refresh the page after each individual command, the correct page does then show up, so its working, albeit with twice the usual amount of steps.
@dougfolksy @Folksyadmin - I am having trouble too. Each time i try to open a link i get the message ‘404 not found’
If i come out and try again after a few clicks i get in

Refresh your browser - they are working, it just has this error message. I’ve just tested with a whole load of relistings (sorry to flood!!) and it has worked. The error message says 404 but if you refresh your browser by clocking on the curved arrow next tot he website address then if you check it, it has worked.

Yes, I keep getting the 404 code too, I have managed to list one item and re-list one other, but had to keep trying and now I can’t get past the error 404. @dougfolksy
I’m getting the ‘404’ error to when clicking on some items, both in my shop and other shops. It doesn’t happen on every item, just some.
Same issue here I’m afraid.
I’m having the same problem. I’m not a speed typer and all my items are individual pieces, so can’t repeat descriptions etc. When will this be fixed please?
Hello – I’m really sorry about that, one of the servers that handles item creation had run out of memory.
I’ve cleared it down, cleaned it up and fully rebooted it, now, so it should be working again – I’ll keep an eye on things, of course. Naturally, I’ve checked the other servers and services and they’re all behaving.
We are also making real progress, as we speak, towards moving away from servers that can run out of memory. I’ve moved a couple of our smaller services over to a ‘server-less’ architecture this weekend and will continue with the rest of our stack with what I’ve learned from that.
Once again, I’m really sorry about the listing problems and all the frustration they’ve caused, there. We are continuing to work to ensure that this issue won’t happen again.
And thank you, as always, for letting us know about the problem and for your patience whilst we diagnosed and fixed it.
