Not happy at all

I have just joined. Well a few days ago anyway. I attempted to make contact with folksy as my username and password keeps coming up as incorrect.
Also the app is awful. You can’t manage anything.
Why will folksy not respond.
I’m beginning to think I made a mistake by joing folksy

We’re sorry to hear you’re having problems with Folksy. I’ve just checked and we responded to your emails on the 22nd. Have you checked your spam folder in case our responses ended up there? If you search for emails from support@folksy.co.uk hopefully you’ll find them.

Our replies were sent to the email address you contacted us on at 16:04 and 16:20 on 22nd.
As you have a gmail address, it might be easiest to use the search feature to look for our address, as I know gmail can have a number of different folders where it might sometimes hide emails.

It’s also good to make sure our support address, along with noreply@folksy.com, robot@folksy.com and postie@folksy.com are in your contacts/safe senders list, to make sure you don’t miss any important emails such as sales notifications.

Thank you that’s all done. I don’t use any other folders.
But the issue of my username and password not being recognised still remains

Hi Chantal, we have replied to all 3 of your emails yesterday and today but perhaps they are not getting through to you. We think there is a typo in your username which we can change for you if can confirm that it should be ofspoonwood
