I’ve just noticed that some shops are not displaying the number of items they’ve sold. Mine are showing in brackets, but I’ve seen quite a few that don’t have a number displayed.
Is this a setting somewhere, or is there another reason for it?
If shops have a small number of sales it doesn’t show the number. I think if its less than 50, but not exactly sure.

Yes, it changed a while back. Apparently some newer sellers contacted Folksy and said they felt it looked bad when they only had a couple of sales compared to others that had hundreds and that it may put customers off buying, so now it only shows when you reach 50 sales. There was a bit of a heated debate at the time…not sure which section the thread was in though probably the ‘Folksy Sellers’ thread.

Oh dear, having read through the above thread about this, I hope I haven’t re-opened a big can of worms!
I was only curious why some shops did and some didn’t have it shown…sorry!
