Order received from Austria but I don't post to Europe - How is this possible please?

But there is no facility to enter the countries individually on Folksy. So we either have to send to UK and or USA. Rest of the world including Europe, no option to opt in or out so if we put RotW accept cancelled orders with costs to ourselves or shut down a potential revenue seam.

Caroline I was just going to suggest the same re bringing this to seller’s attention. Bad enough if sales are pinging in every day but it you get one sale in three months and have to cancel it And lose fees… welll…

I think Kim that you I will have to agree to differ on whether it is a fault or not.
If it was intended then it must be a design flaw.

I have the 2013 postal rates PDF (never throw anything away in our house) and it clearly, even then, has three different postal zones…Europe Zone 1 (USA Canada etc) and Zone 2(Australia and a couple of others I think).

Why on earth would the postage areas on Folksy have not been designed to follow the same basic split.
Etsy is differernt . It is USA based and postage from the USA to UK and Europe are I would assume the same and goodness knows how their rest of world is split. So a UK based system would surely not have been used for a very much UK Folksy system.

Scratches head in wonder and goes back to listening to the French bird chorus

I have sent a few emails to support and had helpful replies to each and the folksy commission fee refunded @Macclesfieldbagworks - thank you for that suggestion.

I would now like to remove the “Rest Of The World” postage option on all of my items but . . . there are 981 of them with many different weights, sizes and therefore postage amounts and I can’t see an easy way to do this. Could you let me know @Caroleecrafts - did you do yours individually or is there a quicker way? I know this can be done in the “Bulk Edit Listings” by entering a postage amount for UK and USA, leaving ROW blank but this then changes all of the items to the same price.

I have a flat rate postage for both Uk and USA, so easy to bulk edit.

If you have varying rates the easiest way is through bulk edit. Tick each one with the same postage amount then amend in the box that comes up. You will need to repeat for all your separate rates.

Thank you - thought this would be the case but worth having it confirmed before I settle down for an hour or so!
