Pinterest and listings

Evening! I’ve been reading a thread from 2022 re being able to ‘transfer’ listings from our shop direct to Pinterest. Have I read that right? If so, how is it done?

I’ve been looking at how to create pins/boards via Canva and have to say I can’t cope with another lot of downloading/uploading…

Thanks :heavy_heart_exclamation:

When you list an item there is a Pinterest button you can click, no idea how it works once you’ve pinned it though :woman_shrugging: I just pin mine and leave them, I really ought to make an effort to learn how to use it more as I do get visits from Pinterest, having said that if the price of letter postage goes up again and the second class service is going to be pushed on the back burner as suggested, I’ll probably just close my shop anyway.

Sadly, it really isn’t easy to use Search on here and quickly find what you’re looking for, but there is already an excellent thread about Pinterest and all you need to know about it: Pinterest 101 - getting started and getting the most out of it

Thanks for sharing the thread Debbie @thecrimsonrabbit, I had sort of forgotten about that - maybe we should give it a refresh

Susan @itsatwinthing - I’ll do a new post on the Pinterest 101 thread this morning, with some info that may help answer your queries and hopefully be helpful to others as well. May take me a while, as I’ll need to do some screenhots of the different steps. I’ll tag you once it’s done .

Susan @itsatwinthing - here is a link directly to the new post at the end of the Pinterest 101 thread, it’s still a bit of a read but you don’t need to wade your way through the whole thing.

Please shout if something doesn’t make sense.
