Are you still finding post is slow (UK deliveries), or would you say it’s almost back to normal? What’s your experience at the moment?
I’ve found postage pretty good recently and customers commenting on quick delivery (though should say probably 10 days since I posted anything). I signed up for Royal Mail updates and there does seem to be the odd localised issue but nothing general… that they are admitting to anyway

My sister is in Manchester and has had pretty cr*ppy service since the beginning of the pandemic (her words) but the parcel I posted 4.30 yesterday afternoon 2nd class signed for was delivered to her this morning. So I’m inclined to think that as a general rule its pretty good but there might still be some localised issues (eg if a sorting centre gets a cluster of cases so looses staff to isolating)

I’ve only had one delayed delivery this year, it took a week to arrive - of course that would have to be the one where the customer had paid extra for first class rather than the second class I usually use… But other than that its been fine - which has confirmed me in my feeling that it’s probably not worth paying extra for first class!

I have had no sales here but on the other site I sell from 2nd class Royal mail has reached the customer in 1 working day 2 at most. Apart from some London addresses parcel post has been great. My customers have remarked on how speedy the service is.
