I can’t seem to get to the front page, or click on anyone’s items that have been posted on the forum…
Is everyone else having this problem, or just me?

I am having the same problem, for hours now! I was actually looking to purchase is some of the sales, but can only get n the forums! So annoying!

I’ve tweeted Folksy and emailed the urgent Folksy support address

I can only view my shop when i access it from the twitter link…but i cant access my shop account or dashboard or buy anything from other shops…i wanted to do some shopping…

Think Folksy admin must be out partying - they are usually pretty good at posting info about problems on the site but nothing on here or on status blog that I can see.
On the Folksy Support page it says there will be “limited support” available between 22nd December and 2nd January. I can view my shop, but can’t get to anything else, dashboard etc.
Think its working again now

It’s good it’s working again now, but yesterday was the last day I could list things in my second shop before the Plus Account ran out, and I had planned to spend the evening listing new stock - and couldn’t get on the bloody site!
I couldn’t get on my page last night, only on the forums for a while then that went belly up, so couldn’t even report it. I kept getting 504 Gateway time out or something like that. At least its working now hopefully.
I went to pay my fee’s and kept getting an error message however my dashboard says I have managed to pay so something must have gone right. Rachel
