New to Folksy - please could someone tell me how to put an item in more than one category, which I believe is possible.

Do you mean categories in your shop (i.e. collections) or categories in the Folksy site listings?
I meant shop categories, Christine. Sorry, I should have clarified.
Go to your dashboard, select shopkeeping and then you can choose the collections for each item.
You have to create the collections first under “collections”
When you list a new item you should be able to select which collections you want within the listing
Thanks Roz - I’m OK with that part of it, but I want to put a couple of items I’ve already listed into a second category (so they appear in two shop categories) - is that possible?
Yes, go to your dashboard, shopkeeping and find your listing. You’ll see all your collections listed in boxes under each listing, just highlight the ones you want to put them in.
Thanks folks - sorry to have been so slow. I finally realised I couldn’t do as you suggested because I hadn’t actually created the collections yet (I thought I had). I think I need more coffee this morning!
