Relisting with a basic account

Just wondering if you have to pay to relist items if you have a basic account.

I think they charge 15p per listing, if multiple options they charge for each item. So if you have 50 of a. Item that would be 15p x 50.

Don’t forget, it’s 15p + VAT so it’s actually 18p per listing :slight_smile:

Hello, my name is Carol, I need help on how to re-list. Went to manage item, I assume you then tick the box on the top left hand side of item but not sure how to confirm the change?

Carol you are correct about ticking the box to the left of the item in your listings. Once you have ticked the items on the page that you want to relist, go back to the top of the list and click the blue ‘Re-list’ button. You then get a message stating how many items you are relisting and then just click the button to confirm.

Thankyou Alison, does the rely come back as a email from Folksy has nothing come through yet to confirm, or does it take time?

It should just pop up on your screen after you hit relist and then you can either confirm or cancel.
