I am posting this, not because I am looking for a specific item that I want, but because it is so long since this section has been used, that many may not know it exists, or may have forgotten about it … and they may actually be wanting something in particular, or ideas for a gift for a particular person.

I rarely look at this section but it is worth a visit. Don’t like to think of anybody posting their wants, not receiving replies and giving up on folksy. I know you can click on the blue square above but here’s the link to bookmark. . .

Hi Melanie. Just a thought but you may find it a better idea to start your own thread within the ‘Wanted’ section, with a heading summarising what you want, rather than just adding it to this thread, as it may then catch the eye of someone who might have just what you want. I hope so! (sorry, I havent got anything in my shop remotedly suitable!!!)
