Hello, I’m trying to put in a claim with Royal Mail for a lost item, but I keep getting stuck on ‘online Marketplace number’ it won’t let me proceed without one, and I cannot see one anywhere. Could someone advise me please!
If you go to the specific page for the order that is lost and look at the url you will see a 7 digit number at the end which is the Folksy order number. Try using that.
