And me
Iām so pleased Scotland is remaining in the UK. I love Scotland and Iām absolutely delighted.
Since Iām half English and half Scottish, Iām happy to remain part of the UK as I have always felt British.
I do feel very sorry for those that would have liked Independence as they had some very good arguments for separation. And it may still happen in the futureā¦
It really is wonderful news that Scotland are staying, on every level. I heard it in the car this morning and got quite emotional - good job I was alone.
To be honest Rachel @Glehcar I did too, Hubby phoned me first thing to tell me. I was really quite worried about it all.

Iām so glad your staying with us too Scotland, very glad. x
I just hope the rest of the world doesnāt associate all of us Scots with the events that have happened in Glasgow today, some shocking footage coming out of there involving some no voters. Very sad to see this after such a great campaign from both sides in Scotland.
Oh sounds bad I didnāt know any thing bad had happened. I hope itās all calm now whatever it was.
I have never been more proud to be Scottish the last few wks, but I am now heartbroken,Salmond resigning, unionists rampaging, I dread to think of the unionists behaviour had it been a YES vote!!
on a brighter note to quote the words of Alex Salmond. "The campaign continues and the dream shall never die"
Independence would have set everyone free Scotland and England.
I felt for him too. He must be heartbroken. Heās been working for this dream for so long. Both campaigns were run very well. I hope things calm down soon.
Itās certainly been a sad couple of days and Iām pretty sure last night wonāt be a āone offā event. I have to congratulate the actions of the police, from what I saw they acted quickly and didnāt react when they had unionists shouting in their faces and threatening them. And then thereās the claims of vote riggingā¦
Iām just glad that it is a minority of the population that are causing trouble and most of us are looking to the future whatever it may bring .
I think to be fair that the problems in Glasgow were more to do with football hooligans and the sectarian divide than anyone in the yes or no campaigns!
Oh gosh yes of course. Like I said it was a minority that was involved and trouble from both sides.
I just hope this is the view of it from the rest of the world and people keep visiting our country.
Great Stuff
