Hi everyone, has anyone else had this happen, I sold a xmas stocking of which I only had one and Folksy did not take it out of my shop when it sold also another stocking was listed twice not by me.
That sounds very odd, Diane, I suggest you email support@folksy.co.uk with all the details about the listings.
I listed two things yesterday and they appeared in my shop 3 times - so 6 items instead of two. I’ve been busy all day so haven’t had time until now but I’ll message Folksy.
