Hanging some prints to dry
I studied at Bournville School of Art, this so reminds me of the print room there. Woodcut prints hanging off string by pegs. I can smell the ink. Lovely.
WIP.
I have started what will be the largest pendant I have made to date (3.5" x 2.5"). Buds and bulbs are beginning to sprout in my garden so I am going to base the design for this pendant on English garden flowers; maybe in an ‘Arts and Crafts’ style. We shall see.
This is wonderful.

These little guys, whilst waiting for their own finishing touches are eager for work to commence on one of their buddies.
Thank you
Now it all makes sense seeing this picture.
Here’s a little something from me. Really pleased with how these came out - it was a burning idea in my head that I had to try out and I just love them! Concrete diamond shaped pendants with mirror and black glass embedded in them. Now to decide what to hang them on and or with!
I have just bought some tan leather cord for some of my pendants, I think this would suit yours too. I got the cord from amazon (did a search for ‘tan leather cord’).
Hi, thank you for sharing that with me - I was thinking of maybe using leather / faux leather too - great minds and all that! I will have a trawl through Amazon to see what I can find.
And can I just say that I love your jewellery especially the ‘attitude’ necklace - I’ve always been a bit partial to pop art!
Sonia.
My ‘Peruvian Pendant’ is now finished and listed. I was just waiting for the tan leather cord to arrive and it arrived today. Yea.
Trying to pair up malachite drops to make some earrings similar to the azurite ones in the middle but can’t decide if I’m matching based on size or pattern as I don’t seem to be able to get both (althought the pair by the hooks is pretty good on both counts).
I might clean the workbench instead as I’m about to switch back to silver from gold and then have another look at the possibles I’ve got so far.
