I notice there’s a Black Friday thread going around in which people are posting if they have a Black Friday discount code but I was wondering if anyone is also (or instead of) taking part in the Small Business and Cyber Monday promotional days? I think they’re being pushed by other (US-based) marketplaces, namely Ecohabitude which I also sell on…
I’ll be offering 10% off everything in my store with the code SBS10 all weekend (Friday-Monday inclusive) and promoting it across my social media.
Post below if you’re taking part! (or if you’ve never heard about this before? I don’t know how well known it is but for online marketplaces I think it’s a lot more relevant than Black Friday?)
I was under the impression that Small Business Saturday was next weekend (5th December). Not sure if Folksy are intending to do anything, but hopefully they will be.
Lots of promotion across the UK for Small Business Saturday, this year on 5th December. No need to do discounts, just join in coaxing customers to buy from us rather than the big chainstores. It’s already all over social media. Look here:
