Hi everyone, I’ve only just opened my shop and trying to figure everything out. Do the shop stats only update once a day? Thanks in advance, I’m sure this won’t be my only question!

Welcome Hattie…I have no idea about Stats, I have yet to even look at them after 11 years with Folksy…I wouldn’t worry too much about them. People get into such a panic about these things…just make what you make, enjoy the process and good luck with sales.x
Just looked at your shop and I see you are a fellow artist, so PLEASE come and join us on the Art chat thread…show your work and just chat about art in general.
Everyone on there ( and indeed on Folksy) is lovely and there is always someone to help if you get stuck.

Yes the stats are once s day. You may find goggle analytics useful. It will give you an insight of where your views are coming from during that day.

The stats clear at midnight but I find the new ones don’t normally show until a couple of hours later, so don’t worry if you look straight away and have 0 views.
They are quite basic, but if you’ve been pushing an item on social media it can be good to see if you get any hits from it (just remember you’ve got to wait because the stats are always for the previous day).

Have you checked the instagram link in your social media links at the bottom of your page. Your url is set to http://hattiemillerart/ and not surprisingly goes nowhere. Something is missing somewhere…
Easiest way to get them set right is to copy/paste the url. which should, I think be : https://www.instagram.com/hattiemillerart/
