H Again Everyone,
I have noticed that my stats are not updating.
I know more people have looked at things because more people have favourited items and these show up in ‘Shop Activity’
My stats have been stuck exactly the same for several weeks despite this?
Is there a way ppl can favourite something without it showing up in the stats?

The stats are broken and have been for a while. The staff have been concentrating on fixing the GPSR postage issue but they are aware that there is a problem with the stats and I’m sure they will be working on that as soon as possible!

Thanks for the update @LooneySpoons . I was just wondering what was happening as my stats have been the same for a while. I normally like to check the impact of any social media posting, etc. I also us google analytics.

I finally set up Google analytics which has been really well explained in this blog post. it was quite straightforward - took a day to show up properly but I’m now finding it really useful.

Thanks for this, struggled with it at the start but managed to navigate it in the end and I think I’ve done it right although there aren’t actually any stats on it yet! I’ll give it a day or two and keep checking over the holidays…
