Is anyone else finding that their STATS page isn’t updating? Mines been showing the same figures for over a week now.

Hi Natalie. Yes the stats aren’t working at the moment - Folksy are aware of this but are focusing on the GPSR issues at the moment so the stats may take a little longer to fix.

My data is still stuck. Is there a direct route to register a problem with Folksy? @Folksyadmin

Everybody’s stats are still stuck! You could email Support but it probably won’t make things happen any quicker, they are well aware there’s a problem but understandably they’re fixing the GSPR thing first… and I’m guessing they’re also overwhelmed with Etsy shop imports right now… I finally added Google Analytics to my shop so I could get a vague idea of what traffic was going on but tbh I haven’t missed the Folksy stats much, they don’t give any history or comparisons so they aren’t particularly useful to me personally

I have been doing a bit of promotion recently and I just wanted to see if that has had any effect on my number of visitors. What’s going on with E?
Im pleased I came across this chat… I honestly thought my little shop died before it had taken off as my visit were “0” 
E haven’t sorted any of the GPSR issues, all they’ve done so far is put out a statement promising sellers an ‘update on timings’ by the end of December. There’s been a lot of mention of Folksy on the E forums and I imagine many of E’s UK sellers are in the process of opening a Folksy shop so as to be able to continue to trade legally while waiting for E to extract digit from orifice, so to speak…

There’s a little more Doug still needs to check on, but the stats page should be updating again now with the current information. If you are still seeing issues with stats, please let us know.
Apologies for the delay in getting this fixed, especially at such a busy time of the year when you’ll want to see how views are doing.

Ooo – first time it’s worked since i opened up my shop the other week (maybe 2 weeks back) – I find the breakdown of categories to be very helpful-- glad it’s working now 
My stats seem to be working today.
I would like to see images rather than just titles in the item visits, my titles are quite similar so in order to see which items have had the most visits I have to click through them all so I don’t usually bother.
Did we use to have images ?
Since the stats are back on, I have a few items under the “Item visits” category, that appear with no title at all. At first it was only 1 so I ignored it, but today they are more, and without the picture being displayed any longer, I am completely clueless as to what these items might be? Anyone got any idea of why the appear like that? I haven’t deleted any items, everything is still there, sold or not.
Your shop front will show up on the search results so one of those blanks will be where people have landed there. Not sure why you are getting multiple though.
Thinking about it, this could be where external search engines are causing people to land on a collection page rather than a specific listing but it’s not showing which collection.
