Shop stats unchanged

My shop stats haven’t changed for a couple of weeks now and I know they cover 7 days but they should still update.

In my shop activity I have had people liking my items and I have had a sale of 2 x P.E bags and yet my search clicks for a couple of weeks have been stuck on 2 “dog band” and “zoe knit and zoe”. Surely something corresponding with PE bags would have shown up today (the sale was yesterday)

My shop visits have been stuck on 8 with the sources being the same also the item visits which is 24 also my shop stats are usually higher than this which accounts for no sales last month.

I don’t like the new stats as much as the old ones and go mostly on “shop activity” but just curious if anyone else has noticed the same?

Folksy are aware that there is an issue with the stats being stuck and are looking into it.

I have different stats today - they seem to have come unstuck. So thanks to whoever at Folksy sorted it out !

Mine have become unstuck and stuck again :see_no_evil:!!

Maybe they need to get the oilcan out again - sorry to hear you’ve still got probs.

I find it Very difficult to put any credence in the figures I see in the Folksy stats. They just do not match those I get from Google Analytics and I have to say it is the GA figures which I am sure must be the accurate ones.
Compare my country visits over last 7 day period… GA to the left, Folksy to the right :

My stats were stuck, then a few days ago things changed and all the figures went up for a few days and now they’ve fallen and remained the same for the last two days, I honestly can’t believe that no one is viewing anything at all, my search clicks have been zero for three days and up until recently as in the last month or so I have never had zero search clicks, so we’ve either got very broken statistics or my items are not coming up in searches (which were my initial thoughts) or no one is visiting Folksy which I find really hard to believe. :pensive:

I dont know what is happening with the stats, it would be nice if Folksy could give us an update. I wonder if it is anything to do with the change over of analytical platform they announced in the lastest newsletter ?
