Saw of the Folksy hq Instagram today a lovely post about what’s coming up, mentioned there was Theme of the Month? Anyone know if this is going to replace the theme of the day or is it a seperate entity?
Seen it as well, Carol @Knittingtopia actually asked the question, but haven’t seen any reply to this yet. I cannot see it being a “theme of the day” replacement though

@PaintedHorseArt hi Lynne, I don’t think it is to replace the theme of the day I think it may just be the months theme as the new featured seller does knitted items, I have noticed the past few months since the month long featured seller came in that a lot of the SM posts are centred around what the featured seller makes, so if it is a potter that month will be pottery etc.

I had a reply from folksy on fb:
We have a featured seller of the month and a theme that is generally related.
You may have noticed in the newsletter emails that go out including the featured seller, there is often a section with items by other sellers or a gift guide that’s related to something the featured seller does. The theme expands out from the featured seller in a way that can include other sellers.
Obviously it doesn’t mean we’ll only be promoting knitted items in January (or whatever the theme is for that month), but there can be a bit more focus on it.
