Off to the Nuffield tomorrow to get my hip replaced… Shop is stocked and will close it in a minute but only until I return home which is hopefully Wednesday as my lovely husband Bob can get out and post any orders for me… and I have been exceedingly busy so far this month so expect to keep him busy too
Don’t know how long before I’m back on my feet enough to glass, hopefully not long as I twitch without a glass cutter between my fingers …

Good luck Joy. The op truly is transformative. My 86 yr old Mum had a new hip at the start of December and went from being almost immobile to being able to climb the stairs at my sister’s house so she could spend Christmas day there.She has a new lease of life.
