Well, it’s been about 6 years, but I’ve made the decision to get my dusty old Folksy shop back up and running… I tried to add my first item yesterday but gave up as I kept getting a red photo error message. Today I’m working on listing number two and now I’m getting a 500 error. I’m starting to feel unwanted!! Really hoping this is a temporary glitch and that the site doesn’t do this kind of thing regularly?! Is anyone else getting the 500 error this afternoon?
There were problems with one of the image servers yesterday and Doug was up in the small hours (attempting to) sorting it. Drop urgent@folksy.com an email with details of the error message, hopefully they just need to switch the server off and on again to fix it.
Thanks Sasha - I sent them an email a couple of minutes ago so fingers crossed it gets sorted out quickly!
