Is anyone else struggling to upload photos this morning? I keep getting a message in red saying ‘Photo Error’ Chris

Yes, me too. I’m going to try again a bit later - I’m sure it’s just a glitch and that Folksy will be sorting it out. It’s happened before.

Me too. I tried it on two browsers to see if it was Firefox issue but having same problems. Very frustrating!

I have just tried re listing some items and my photo’s are not showing up either. I was going to post some new stuff but I think I will wait!

Just trying to upload some more items here and hit the same error - wanted to get some more on after the first relaunch sale this morning :slight_smile:

I’ve been having trouble, it said my photos were too large, more then 4MB, does anyone know how to make them smaller without losing quality? It added loads of photos all seemingly the same, in the past, but these just seem to be too big!?

I wonder if that’s to do with the general uploading problem lots of us have been having today, rather than a problem with your photos Amy?

Even the photo’s on the front page aren’t loading properly…this often seems to happen over the weekend, It’s very frustrating…I’ve sent an email to the Urgent@Folksy address…

I have just had a reply from Folksy to say that Doug is working on it…
