Aw congratulations! I just did a few simple random searches and your jewellery came up in the first 6-7 rows so I’d say your tags were pretty good 
Things like “orange necklace” etc work well, maybe “gift for her” or a seasonal tag like “christmas gift” might also help Hope the sales keep flying in! x
