Aggravating Meta Spam messages

Recently I have been getting frequent spam messages from Meta tellling me my Advertising account is being suspended because of some violation or other. Now that makes no sense really because if they suspend it I can’t pay them for adverts so they are the only losers.
These messages are of course spam and usually doing a reply on my laptop (I do Not send the reply !!) shows me how ridiculous they are by the email address they come from… Often AOL which is not exactly affiliated with MEta !!!
I Junk them but they still come in. And I NEVER EVER click any links.

Had a new one today which has a more reasonable email address so not as obvious:

Business Help Center noreply@appsheet.com

But on my laptop I can safely ‘right click’ the link to copy it and see what it is without actually activating the link so i did… What do you think about this one :

“https ://tehuantepecergapwindmexico-gulf.vercel.app/”

Please cast your votes.
Genuine from Meta ?
Spam ?

PS I’ve added a space so nobody accidentally really does click it.. goodness knows where it would take you.. down a rabbit hole or a black hole no doubt !!

PPS Google says
The Tehuantepecer is a regional gap wind that develops when a strong pressure gradient forms between cold, dense air over the Gulf of Mexico and lower pressure over the eastern tropical Pacific .

PPPS just so you believe me this is spam: Google Says :

Thanks for sharing, these can be easily mistaken for authentic if someone panics.

Another red flag is that it says the account “WILL” be disabled. From personal experience, first they will ban your account and then they will send a notification (not email), telling you about the ban and that you can appeal. This you can also easily check on your personal account, as the ban will be there, with red letters and easy to see. (Just for the record, I was banned soon after I opened my business profile, for violating the advertising guidelines. Despite the fact that I had never advertised…. it took them over a year to review my appeal and remove the ban, which I found hilarious in a way as I had forgotten about it when I received the “happy” news through a notification again…)

I forgot to mention for me there is another clue that they are spam.
They used my joyofglass email . The one I have as contact on my page but Not the email I use to sign on to FB/meta with. That one has an FB addition and that FB email is the one which Meta email me on about my Meta adverts. I never get genuine Meta emails on the non fB address .

Because of the ridiculous amount of spam going on at the present time i am not doing any social media at all. Not only that i have returned home from a very frightening experience after being blue lighted to the A&E resuscitation unit after getting sepsis in the lungs and heart attack. I just can’t be doing with this nonsense anymore even if it means less sales. Life’s fare to short!!! However, still selling and back in the top 40 best sellers again within a week of my husband reopening my shop!

That’s so nice to hear, if you want me to be honest, socials haven’t done the trick for me, but then again I’m rubbish at it. I haven’t advertised (although managed to get banned for it), and I have to admit that the spam only stopped when I blocked specific countries on my business profile. I do get the odd one every so often, but don’t even remember when I had it last.

I’ve never got one like Joy’s, but that’s probably a new one doing the rounds and they target people who do actually advertise.

I do hope you have a very good recovery and well done to your husband for bringing some luck towards you way!

Update. They are still sending their silly emails and just to be sure the link supplied this time is:
https: // esp8266wifitemphumidityjsonparse.vercel.app/

I mean that looks so very very official doesn’t it …Not ?
