I was just lucky, I was there at the very beginning and when the second mass exodus from Twitter happened I was already established. Just in the right place at the right time.

Marina @theweeowlart, I see you have discovered my Bluesky account attached to my fiction writing pseudonym. You are very welcome, but please read the pinned post and I won’t be offended if you unfollow that one. Things get a little (lot) adults only over on that one :flushed_face:. I questioned myself for adding my Folksy link to that one, but I’ve got way more followers on the author account than my real name one.

I’ve been on there a while - I tend to describe it as ‘Twitter for adults’.

The general policy is don’t argue - by all means engage in polite disagreement but the first sign of an argument / abuse just block.

Tends to be very US of A heavy after around lunch time due to time zones.
