Been stuck on the same number for a while now - doesn’t seem like the numbers are moving at all. Same for anyone else? Doesn’t seem likely that it’s the same number for days and days on end.

Yes stats are stuck, Folksy are aware and Doug is looking into it, no word on when it will be fixed.

I suspect this is linked to the new search. It’s annoying because if they were working we could actually see what items from our shop are being found in search…(if any!)

Are they stuck again? Mine are identical on every item to yesterdays.
HMMMM I was in my shop the other day via a rubbish search which meant all my older things which were a bit hidden away were at the front. So I went through those which needed their photos tweaking and edited them as I came to them to reload the first picture with a better brightened background.
How odd that I can now find all those items in my Stats …Item Visits. Now how could I have edited them if I was not logged in and if I was logged in why are my visits included in my stats ???
Going to go into 5 more now and will be making a special note of them and i will be rechecking tomorrow to see if they appear too.
Stats are broken.
Under “on-site search click-throughs” the list of search terms used shows under the Terms column. When I select Items to show the items that the click-throughs went to, the list is blank.
Sigh.
If you go at the very beginning of the raw, where the title should start, your mouse cursor will turn to the hand and you will be able to click on it despite being blank. If it works like mine, then instead of your item, it will take you to the first page of the “search” results page, to the ever so popular unavailable wooden spoon… it’s a lost battle

Do you think it is possible that the Folksy team have abandoned ship and we sellers are now rattling around in the Folksy Celeste .. wondering where our next crumbs of comforting support or even ships biscuits will be thrown to us …to jolly us along for another 22+ days of despair ?

I have actually considered that they may have all left, something very definately isn’t right. These past few weeks Folksy responses have been thin on the ground and it isn’t the way things are normally dealt with, The lack of involvement has had me wondering whether they are struggling to continue because I honestly cannot believe the problems with the search would have been ignored for this long, it doesn’t make sense at all.

Maybe Doug is on holiday or sick, and some random contractor has been let loose to cause havoc in the system!
