Why are the stats listings blank?

Do you mean the title is blank but you still have numbers?

No, it is not normal. It has been like that for me since the beginning of January, when the stats where “fixed” after been down for a while. I emailed support and I was told that it happens with the links that are cut off at the number (which is how I always share my items, I never put the whole link as it is too long). If you hover your mouse at the very beginning of the line where the title should start, you will see the arrow changing to the hand, which means you can click and see the item on a new page. I was told it was passed on to the engineer, but I suppose when it hasn’t affected many people it is not urgent so it hasn’t been fixed yet. It might be a good idea to drop them an email as well.

thanks for that. I wish they’d sort this out. The other annoying glitch they still haven’t fixed is the sale items - when I try to put an item in the sales the figures swap around so that the sale price is the main price and it only corrects itself when you do it a second time.

Is anyone from Admin ever going to address this issue? Not even acknowledge they know there’s an issue and they’re doing their best to fix it? Nothing to say, at all? I’m assuming there will be some of the team on holiday but they can’t all be, can they?
It’s bloody hard to keep the hope up when the website can’t even be bothered to respond to problems…

My sentiments exactly…an acknowledgement to current issues would have been welcomed by sellers, this has been going on for days and sellers are becoming more frustrated and annoyed with each day.
No point in viewing the stats if our products arm’t in the searchesl

I guess that’s a really good point. There’s hardly going to be a change in the stats if the search function is worse than useless and so not a soul will ever find any of our stuff unless they trip over it by accident.
What am I paying ÂŁ7.50 a month for, again?

If you have an issue where the site isn’t working properly please report it to support@folksy.co.uk and not just on the forum.
Our support team respond to queries made to our email every weekday, but the forum isn’t checked as regularly and we don’t read every thread here. It can be easy for us to miss issues which are only raised on the forum or miss that people are waiting for an update. Apologies for the delay in this.
We have received some reports that stats aren’t currently updating and Doug is looking into this.
Remember Google Analytics can also be set up on shops to give sellers more detailed stats (info on how to do that here), this is separate to our on site stats so if there are issues with the Folksy stats, Google Analytics won’t be affected.
