Your work is lovely. I especially like the soft colours of the daffodil. You’re right… it would make a great Mother’s Day gift.
Bee

I’m amazed at the variety of work in your shop. It’s all of a high standard and I especially love the mixed media albums and journals! I’m something of a magpie when it comes to sketchpads … do you do any with particular types of paper?
Bee

Thank you Bee, I use all types of paper, I tend to use mostly 300gsm white card inside the scrapbooks, but have also made commissioned ones with watercolour paper inside or mixed media paper, I use the thickest I can so usually around 10 sheets. For the covers I use mount board for the base and then add whatever I feel like, sometimes vintage book pages or scraps from my patterned paper stash and I like to draw illustrations on them too :).

Sounds interesting! I’ll keep my eye on your shop and have a think also

Funnily enough the Iris sold last night - although not on here LOL! Bt I’ve had a flurry of sales of encaustics this past week, which is lovely

Enjoy the spa x

It’s great to see the thread so active again!

Gorgeous roses Hazel, we still have the rose I bought for Mum on display on our mantlepiece.

That butterfly is beautiful Max, I know your journals are always lovely, but this is particularly pretty.

Well done on the sale Sara

I’ve been for a three mile walk, though I did have a scone in a tearoom while I was out, but I needed to replenish my calories after all that exercise  I’ll be resting this afternoon and doing some more of my parrot sewing.
