Art Chat February 2015

This is the place to show and about all things Art in February.

All welcome … You don’t need to be an artist to chat, so please all join in.

As I’m first here, I have started the new months’ thread and I look forward to seeing all your Art and chatty with you all this month

Hazel

Morning Hazel!
Margaret have u had ur March Leisure Painter yet?

Good morning Hazel, Tessa and the rest of the gang, happy February!

My daughter Kit will be 18 tomorrow so I have some super secret wrapping and cake baking to do. It will seem strange to be mother to 2 adults - they’ll always be my babies though

I also really must get back into the triptych…this is where I’m up to

and I’m feeling rather daunted by all of that turquoise sea. I need to add sunset reflections and it’s a scary prospect!

Tessa, my subscription to Leisure Painter has ended, I didn’t renew it as I never had time to paint anything from it so it seemed to simply make me feel guilty every time it arrived since I’ve bought so many art supplies I don’t use much at the moment!

Stephie, that’s amazing, and I’m sure your shadows will be awesome too! Enjoy all the birthday preparations!

Morning Hazel and everyone else.

I’m off to the Brusho course in Wigan tomorrow afternoon, first painting I’ll have done for months!

Looking forward to see what you do on the course Margaret,

lovely little ACEO Pam. We hae just had a very large tree cut down in the garden, my garden is looking a very sorry sight at the moment, but I’m planning to get it all ship shape and pretty by the end of spring but it’s going to need a lot of work :house_with_garden:

Afternoon all…waving
Lovely work Stephie…I wonder how many aceos you could fit into that size…lol…
Great work Pam…
A lovely day here, even if it is cold outside.
Been busy painting…I am keeping a check each week on how many paintings I do…so far this last week I have painted 26 and so far this year 75…I am keeping a tally…(just because I am interested in how many I paint in a year…)
