That’s different, Brenda - I should think these would be very popular.
Helen @HelenCliffordArt I have ordered some tools to make better dots…and some templates to help me locate the middle of the paper more accurately…yes I have a ruler but you know me and straight lines…lol

Just catching up here and looking at all this fantastic art. Love the watercolour GKWatercolourArt.
I’ve been playing with dry point recently and have just popped this up in the shop. I have really enjoyed spending more time on a print and producing this than I do when I make the quirky lino prints.Planning another landscape one already.
naughty corner AGAIN…lol

Hello there!, thought you might like to see my first aceo for many years! I love to paint ‘wet into wet’, this is an example…
And here is the second listed mounted aceo
I’ve been working on some dry point prints inspired by Anni Albers textiles. Haven’t printed anything yet because I’ve been unwell and I need some paper for proofing too. I have however uploaded a digital print to my shop. I’m not sure how to describe it really. I did a painting workshop a few months ago on improvised painting. One of the exercises was to make some paintings just using black and white. Some of these turned out surprisingly well, but they are on very cheap paper and not really suitable to sell, even if they were fully up to scratch in other ways. Instead I scanned them in and I’m experimenting wth colourising them. This one has been hugely improved by the added colour. It’s gained a depth that was lacking in the original.
Interesting Ian @IanBertramArtist digital work would go right over my head…difficult enough coping with emails…lol…
That’s really interesting, Ian. I had to look up Anni Albers, thank you for introducing me to her, I shall be looking out for your new work… I think the forest clearing works really well. I’d never have thought it started out in greyscale, and it has great depth.
Lapwing, watercolour on HP paper.
If you’ve never heard the call of these birds, please seek it out, its incredible, and a bit ghostly!
another hand painted mandala card from me today

Love your ACEOs @bluebeezywings.
Beautiful digital print @IanBertramArtist.
Stunning card @teabreaks.
Another triumph @GKWatercolourArt.
I have just listed this watercolour of beautiful Mousehole (Mowzul) harbour at low tide.
This is the greyscale original for comparison. As you can see the dark tones have been brought to the front as well as adding the different shades of green and a few highlight colours. (I haven’t just turned it green!)
