I have a buyer that cannot remember her password and Folksy have passed the problem onto me. Any ideas how to resolve this
Why have they done that? Surely they should just reset her password?! I don’t see how you can help her. I would pass it back to admin to deal with.
Edited: has she tried clicking on the ‘forgot your password’ prompt under the sign on screen?
