No email from Folksy to say ive had a sale!

Continuing the discussion from Sale but no payment - continued:

I’ve not yet bought anything from another Folksy user…but yeah, if that was the process that’s likely to put off many people and just have them head over to ebay or amazon! They should have a look at that!

I have had a couple of issues recently with paypal (not my preferred method of payment) on different sites where this kind of thing has happened, so I don’t know if there is a wider issue with paypal (as I said I don’t use it much). Today I was left hanging on paypal when I tried to log in to check my balance before I bought something, and it all seemed very clunky!

I must admit I haven’t had any issues with PayPal but it is a bit worrying as this will put people off, I hope Folksy are seeing this thread?
