The item I sent out to the buyer was sent back hasn’t got the full address on I have sent email but no answer what to do next

Have you checked the address on the Royal Mail app?

Can you cross reference against the address they use in paypal or stripe?
Put postcode into google and see what comes back?
How long ago did you email? When did the parcel go out to them? They may be on holiday, it may have gone into spam…
If all else fails, ask folksy admin to cancel the sale and process a refund. When the customer sees the refund and contacts you to ask why, explain the problem. They may repurchase then.

It’s to do with the flat number, the address is right but left the flat number off I have emailed them but nothing yet.
