Can’t think what’s wrong when I try to favourite somebody’s shop but it’s really starting to irritate me now. This is what I get when I hit the favourite button:
“The page you were looking for doesn’t exist.
You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.”
I’ve cleared history, cookies, etc, didn’t help. I can favourite items but not shops for some reason. Does this happen with anybody else?
Hmmmm just tried to replicate your error message and it worked fine for me, this might be a case for emailing support@folksy.com and getting the techies to look into it.
Just favourited your shop and worked fine. Are you using a tablet? If so switch it off and then back on sometimes clears glitches. If not agree email support.
No, just my laptop. I’ll get in touch support and see if they can do anything.

I’m also using a laptop and I’ve had that message a couple of times since the updates but then it worked when I tried again later. I assumed it was a temporary blip, sorry to hear it’s still happening for you.
I contacted support but I’ve sorted it, I think! I had Ublock enabled, so I disabled it for this site and it seems to be working now. I feel such an idiot. I favourited your shop and it worked! I will let support know it’s sorted now.
