Hi Marjan @Marjansart - I’ve never illustrated a book as such but I have illustrated magazine articles and done illustrations for adverts etc. in the past. I’ve always rather enjoyed doing it and it would be interesting to hear other peoples experiences.
Thank you for replying. I am a novis myself, although I have illustrated five books and was asked to make another illustrations for a children’s book.
It can be a lot of fun

Not myself, although I did enter the folio society illustration this year. It was for an Ursula le guin book and I did a pen and ink. My daughter wrote and illustrated a children’s book for her EPQ ( mini A level). She works digitally, never actually got it published.
