My mouth is watering with the descriptions of all those lovely cakes!
I am trying a new recipe that I found in the SUMA wholefoods catalogue for a spicy fruit and nut cake, made with almond flour and lots of dried fruit and nuts. I have just taken it out of the oven - it took 2 1/4 hours at 140 deg C. Hope it is not too dry!!
Should be ok. 140 isn’t a very high temperature.

At this moment, my daughter and her partner are in my kitchen baking vegetarian sausage rolls, feta and courgette cake, and chocolate cheesecake. I’m just going for a long leisurely bath! Happy Christmas All! xxx
